More about Villa V
Villa V is a very unique property created by me and my husband which was finalized in 2017. The Villa is situated in total privacy with exceptional views in a green zone surrounded only by olive groves and the beautiful and unique south Croatian nature. Yet Villa V is only a 10 minute drive from Dubrovnik Airport, a 15 minute drive from the charming medieval village of Cavtat with its lovely little marina lined by authentic restaurants, cafés and bars. And you will find historical, romantic Dubrovnik only half an hour's drive from Villa V.
The villa is designed as follows:
You enter the Villa through a large door – almost like in to a Church! Here you are met by a little hallway that opens up to a large social area with a kitchen, dining area and living room, facing the sea!
In the villa there are two "bedroom compartments" – one on each side of the open social area.
Each bedroom compartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom to share.
All of these four bedrooms have a kingsize bed (180 cm width).
There are two open mezzanines on each side above the large social area that are reached by two beautiful spiral staircases – one mezzanine has a kingsize bed (180 cm width) and the other one has a sofa bed.
You can dine inside up to 8 people and at the outside dining table there is space for up to 12 people.
On the terrace you will also find a comfortable lounge group for up to 8 people shaded by a beautiful old olive tree.
And there is a barbecue area and a BIG hammock where you can swing, zip a coctail and watch the beautiful sunsets. Or like we do, take our morning coffee!
Around the infinity pool there are six comfortable sun beds and a BIG cabana where you can take your afternoon nap or just gaze at the sea past the infinity pool...
Villa V is ideal for up to eight people but you can stay up to 10 people.

"There are no words that can do Villa V justice in all honesty. Paradise perhaps? I don't really want to write this review because I want to keep Villa V all to myself haha! The villa is more beautiful than words can describe...stunning location, a peaceful haven...utter perfection. The swimming pool, heated and utterly delicious with views to die for and a sunset your iphone doesn't do justice. The grounds and gardens are equally spectacular. Inside the house is beyond stylish - I would love to meet someone who didn't want to live there, I don't think such a person exists! Proximity to airport and local villages and beaches - including Europe's best beach 2019 which is a 25 min walk - is great.
We actually had our wedding do at the villa having been married on the beach in Mlini and it has gone down in history as the best wedding ever (the words of the majority of our guests). In fact we planned the entire wedding around the villa it was that special! The truth is we didn't leave the villa much at all - aside from to arrive and leave (oh and get married and pop to the supermarket and check out the local beach) because when you stay somewhere like this you don't want to waste a second away from it. "This property is simply stunning. The house itself is a design masterpiece, but the outside of the back of the house is the true gem. It's as good as the pictures (or better) with incredible view of the sea, gorgeous infinity pool, cabana, large outdoor dining area with retractable shade, swing, etc. The location of the house is very convenient to the airport (15 min) and also for a day trip to Montenegro. However, you may not want to leave the house once you check-in, it is that stunning."
Neal, Virginia, USA "After making our reservation for Maria's home, we were expecting a nice house with a great view since the pictures on Airbnb are stunning. This said, they are nothing compared to the reality of the experience in this house. I've seen lot of beautiful homes but certainly not to the level of perfection of Maria's. Where to start ? The incredible location, less that 10 minutes from the airport but yet completely isolated from everything with no neighbors around. Just endless and beautiful views of the sea and green wild nature.
How about the house itself : It's beautiful on the outside but the inside... Everything is beautifully designed and the quality is amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Better than any hotel. The sheets and blankets are super comfy. The kitchen is just an invitation to cook. Let's talk about the outside : The pool is out of this world but all the environment outside is continuation of this perfection. The outdoor bed, the lounge chairs, the dinning table, the swing, the barbecue : it's all perfection and an invitation to long dinner, drink a lot of bottles of rose and friendships moments. Add to this one of the best sound system available and your relaxing time by the pool will turn into a party!! And cherry on the cake, communication with Maria is easy, quick and efficient.
